No Returns Accepted
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Orders

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, not including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS standard shipping rates based on the weight of your order.

Customer Responsibility
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If there are any issues with shipping, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Inspire Others is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Inspire Others is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
